 MISCELLANEOUS
• When are you open?
  Our office hours are generally Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On rare occasions we may be out of the office, so if traveling a great distance please call 800-772-5488 to make sure we will be in. If you need to meet during off hours, please call for an appointment and we will be happy to accommodate you.
 
• Do you accept credit cards?
  Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
 
• Do you offer mailing services?
  Yes, we can supply you with all your mailing needs, from acquiring mailing lists and preparing your mailing, to delivering to the post office with the best possible rates.
 
• What are your payment terms?
  Our terms are Net 30 days with approved credit.
 
• How soon will I receive my order?
  This varies depending on the job. Once artwork is approved, most general printing jobs will ship in approximately 7-10 working days. Some business cards or post cards may ship in as little as 2-3 days. Some business forms can require as much as 3-4 weeks. If you have a date in which you must have the printing in your hands, let us know and we'll do whatever we can to have it delivered on time.
 
 BROCHURE DISTRIBUTION
• Do you have to print our brochures for us to join your distribution service?
  No, you can supply us with your own brochures. However if you would like a quote for us to print your brochures, our pricing can be found HERE.
 
• How often do you stock your brochure racks?
  During the busy travel season (May-Oct), we stock our highest traffic locations every week and most other locations every 2-3 weeks. During the off-season we continue to stock all racks at least once per month or as needed.
 
• How can we get our brochures to you for distribution?
  If you are within our 5-county distribution area, we would be happy to pick them up from you. Those outside the area need to ship them to us via UPS or deliver them personally.
 
 PRODUCTION
• Do you offer help in writing copy for my project?
  Yes, we do. We suggest that you go first in providing copy, especially technical or industry information. You will most likely be able to supply copy for smaller projects and we can be a sounding board and offer small assistance at no charge. For larger projects or projects that you want a third party to put the high end polish on it, we offer copy writing at an hourly rate of $40/hour.
   
• How are photos handled for our project?
  If you are able to supply photos yourself, whether you have taken them or have contracted a professional photographer, please do. Henley Graphics is happy to assist you with general photography needs. If you are doing a brochure, website or another project that requires photos that you do not currently have, one of our graphic designers can take the lead at $55/hour for photo time and $27.50/hour for travel time plus mileage. We can also team up with local photographers for a more professional product at a higher rate. Please call for details.
