PDF is our preferred file format. See below for our requirments on art and ads. Other file formats or software not covered below can possibly be accepted upon approval. If you have any questions concerning file formats or software please call or e-mail Mike Hill or Tiffany Hardin.
 
SUBMITTING ART
ELECTRONIC - Art files can be submitted in any of the following manners:
CD
DVD
FLOPPY

Art files can be submitted in any of the following file formats (RED = PREFERRED FILE FORMAT):
PDF
JPG
TIF
EPS
PSD
GIF
BMP
Art should be submitted CMYK for color print projects, RGB for web or electronic projects. Files should be a minimum of 300 dpi for print and 72 dpi for web or electronic projects.
HARD COPIES - For best results image(s) should be on white paper.
SUBMITTING ADS
ELECTRONIC - Ad files can be submitted in any of the following manners:
CD
DVD
FLOPPY

Ad files can be submitted in any of the following file formats or software programs (RED = PREFERRED)
PDF
JPG
TIF
EPS
GIF
BMP
Quark
Photoshop
Freehand
Illustrator
Word
InDesign
Ads should be submitted CMYK for color print projects, with a minimum of 300 dpi. All fonts should be supplied (see font license agreement) or embedded. In Freehand the fonts should be converted to paths. In Illustrator the fonts should be converted to outlines. In Photoshop the fonts should be rasterized.
HARD COPIES - For best results image(s) should be on white paper.
